Warranty - Every blank/rod is bent before and after building to ensure there are no defects in the blank or with the build. Regardless, shit happens - and it sucks for the fisherman as well as the builder. Best way I can put this is to not be a dick if the rod breaks. Tell me how you feel it broke, and we'll figure out something fair for both of us. I understand you spent a lot of money on the rod, and you understand I cannot rewrap rods for free - we can meet in the middle and figure out a solution that works for both of us. This has been my personal policy for the 25 years I've been building, and everyone who has broken a rod has been more than satisfied with how it's been handled.
